This Privacy Policy explains what information CWP Media Group Texas collects through the CWP Game Day Command Center and alert subscription service, and how it's used.
When you subscribe for alerts, we collect: first and last name, email address, mobile phone number and carrier (if you opt into text alerts), your selected facility/facilities, your chosen alert channels and repeat-notification preference, and — if you enable browser push notifications — a push subscription endpoint and encryption keys issued by your browser. We also automatically log IP address and basic request metadata for rate limiting and bot protection (via Cloudflare Turnstile), and admin-side records of alerts sent (channel, status, and timestamp) for support and reliability purposes.
We use this information solely to deliver the weather alerts you've subscribed to, let you manage or cancel your subscription, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and reliability of the Service. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Subscriber data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Administrative access to subscriber data is protected by authentication, and sign-up is protected against automated abuse by Turnstile. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
You can view and update your alert preferences, add or remove facilities, or unsubscribe entirely at any time, at no cost, using the personal management link included in every alert we send, or provided to you at sign-up. Unsubscribing stops all future alerts and removes your active subscription.
The Service is intended for coaches, athletic staff, parents, and other adults responsible for monitoring conditions at athletic events — not for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We retain subscriber information for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period after you unsubscribe for support and record-keeping purposes, after which it may be deleted.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
